View Chrome version details
You can complete this on various devices by following these steps:
On Desktop (Windows, Mac, or Linux)
- Open your Google Chrome browser.
- Click the three vertical dots (Customize and control) in the top-right corner.
- Hover your mouse over Help near the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- Click About Google Chrome.
- The next screen displays your current version number.
- Alternative Shortcut: You can also copy and paste
chrome://settings/helpdirectly into your address bar and press Enter.
On Mobile (Android or iOS)
- Open the Chrome app.
- Tap the three vertical dots in the upper right corner.
- Tap Settings from the drop-down list.
- Scroll all the way down and tap About Chrome.
- Your version number will be listed right on that screen.
