I’m getting an error message or I can’t login.

If you are receiving an error message (including “400 Bad Request”) or having trouble logging in, the issue is usually resolved by clearing your browser’s cookies and site data.


Clear cookies for nicolethemathlady.com:

On Google Chrome

  • Click the lock icon next to the website URL.

  • Select Site Settings.

  • Click Clear Data.

On Safari

  • Go to Safari > Settings (Preferences).

  • Click Privacy.

  • Click Manage Website Data.

  • Select nicolethemathlady.com.

  • Click Remove, then Done.

On Firefox

  • Click the padlock next to the address bar.

  • Click Clear Cookies and Site Data.

On Microsoft Edge

  • Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data.

  • Select See all cookies and site data.

  • Search for nicolethemathlady.com and remove it.


After clearing cookies:

  • Fully close your browser.

  • Reopen it.

  • Log in again.


If the issue continues:

  • Make sure your browser is updated.

  • Try another browser (Chrome recommended).

  • Try an incognito/private window.


If you still cannot log in, please send us a screenshot of the error message along with the browser and device you are using.
