What can the Admin and Teacher roles do with a Classroom License?
With a Classroom License, both roles of the Admin and Teacher are important and manage specific tasks.
Admin
- The Admin manages the organization at the highest level.
- Every organization can have multiple Admins but needs at least one
- An Admin can also be a Teacher.
- Admin tasks include:
- adding, editing and archiving Staff, Students and Classes.
- managing Secondary Users.
- purchasing and reassigning Math Passes.
Teacher
- Every organization can have multiple Teachers but needs at least one.
- A Teacher can also be an Admin.
- Teacher tasks include:
- configuring Initial Class Settings.
- assigning and viewing Course Content.
- receiving and interpreting Reports.
- changing Settings and Courses.
Please note
If you are an Admin and a Teacher, you can toggle between the two roles by using the drop-down arrow in the upper right of your Dashboard (by the little bell icon.)
