If you submitted a Math Pass order through your school or ESA (Education Savings Account or similar state-funded education program), you’ll receive an email once we receive and process the order.

Processing typically takes about 72 hours after we receive the order.

Depending on how the order was placed, your Math Pass may be added directly to your Parent Account, or you may receive a Math Pass redemption code by email that you’ll use to activate the pass.

If more than 72 hours have passed and you do not yet have access, please check the Passes tab at the top of your Parent Account to see whether the Math Pass has already been added. It may be listed under the Upcoming tab. We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder for an email from Nicole the Math Lady.

If your Math Pass is not active and you have not received a redemption email, you can look up the status of your order:

From Your Parent Account

1. Sign in to your Parent Account.
2. Click Settings in the upper-right corner.
3. Select the Purchase Order tab.
4. Click Locate PO.
5. Enter the email address associated with the purchase order. You can also enter your PO number if you have it.
6. Follow the prompts to view your purchase order status.

If it has been less than 72 hours since we received your order, we appreciate your patience while we work through the orders we’ve received. To help us process orders as quickly as possible, please wait until the full 72-hour processing window has passed before contacting us for an update.

If more than 72 hours have passed, use the lookup tool above to check your order. If additional help is needed, the tool will provide instructions for contacting us about your specific order.
