I just renewed/changed my membership plan, and now I don’t see my student accounts?

After you renew or change a membership plan, you will need to bring your student accounts over to your new plan. Here’s how:

  1. Click on Membership
  2. Click on Subscription
  3. Click on Student Accounts
  4. Click on Add Student Account
  5. Select student name from the dropdown in the existing username field.
  6. Click Add Student
  7. Repeat as Necessary
