I just changed plans and do not see my students.

You will need to retrieve their existing student accounts and add them to your new plan. Here’s how:

  1. From your profile name, select Memberships.
  2. Select Subscriptions.
  3. Find your current plan and click the “Student Accounts” button
  4. Click “Add Student Account”
  5. Enter your student’s username in the “existing username” field
  6. Click “Add Student”
  7. Your student’s name will now appear. Click “Configure” to select your account settings for that student.
