My access expired. How do I renew?
If you need access for a student whose Math Pass has expired, you can simply purchase a new Math Pass and assign it to that student.

If you want to purchase a Math Pass for a new student, you will need to start by adding the new student. After the student has been added, you can purchase a Math Pass.

If you had a plan with us previously on our old platform but it has since expired, you can regain access by purchasing a Math Pass. It's super simple; here's all you need to do:
- Log into your Parent Account
- Click on “Passes”
- Select “Add Pass”
- Choose the student
- Select Math
- Click “Add to Cart”
- Click the cart icon
- Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase
